Dear Student/Parent/Carer,
Due to the popularity of the recent ski course at the Ski Amade resort, Alpendorf, Austria, we will be offering the chance to apply for a place on the ski course scheduled for Easter 2026 at the same resort.
The dates of the tour are as follows: 31st March 2026 – 8th April 2026 (*TBC)
The total cost is approx. £1180. This includes return travel to and from the resort and throughout the week; lift pass for 5 days; skis, helmet and boot hire; ski school for 5 hours per day; bed, breakfast and evening meal at the fantastic Ganzenhubhof, ski group photo and certificate, tour hoodie, as well as evening activities.
To ensure your place, you need to return the slip provided and make a deposit of £330. This is non-refundable as it constitutes the non-refundable deposit that we must make to the travel company. This must be made by 1st July 2025 to enable us to secure our booking for the forthcoming season and for you to be sure of your place on the course.
Following the deposit, payments will then be made until the total is reached in February 2026. Full payment may also be made at any time before the February deadline. A suggested schedule is as follows:
- £330 deposit by 1st July 2025
- £150 by the end of August 2025
- £150 by the end of September 2025
- £150 by the end of October 2025
- £150 by the end of November 2025
- £150 by he end of December 2025
- £100 by the end of January 2026
Conduct/behaviour
Please note that if your child(ren)’s conduct in school falls below expectations during the period up to the trip, we reserve the right to withdraw them and offer their place to students on the waiting list. We also ask for parents/carers’ full support in ensuring that your children will accept all rules, regulations and sanctions as detailed in school rules, travel company rules and expected codes of behaviour for the countries in which we will be guests.
