The Exchange

The-Exchange specialises in supporting the psychological well-being of children, young people and families.


Barod

High-quality, free and confidential support and guidance to anyone who is affected by drug or alcohol use, either their own or someone else’s; and raising awareness about the ways we can all help to reduce the harm caused by substance use.


GoodVibes

GoodVibes is a safe and friendly place for LGBT+ young people and allies, from the ages of 11–25, to hang out and make new friends, in a confidential environment, to be away from prejudice.


Platfform

Work with people who are experiencing challenges with their mental health, and with communities who want to create a greater sense of connection, ownership and wellbeing in the places that they live.


Y-Hub (YMCA)

Y-HUB is a universal youth group open to all 11–25-year-olds. With hot food, music and weekly workshops, it offers Young People a safe and friendly environment with professional support.


Young Carers

YMCA Swansea provides tailored support to Young Carers aged 8-18 who may provide care for a family member with a long-term illness, disability, mental health condition and/or dependency on substance use.

YMCA Swansea aims to identify and provide appropriate support to all Young Carers


CAMHS

CAMHS is the name for the NHS services that assess and treat young people with emotional, behavioural or mental health difficulties.
