Several Y9 pupils entered the GCHQ (Government Communications Headquarters) National Language Competition and whilst they were not successful in winning, they did an amazing job and represented Gowerton incredibly well! We are really proud of them!
The competition was created with the aim of inspiring language learning by encouraging students to discover their aptitude for learning languages through a variety of different puzzles to score points, using a range of international languages but also made-up languages! It was a lot of fun and pupils did incredibly well!
