We will be holding a parent/carer information evening for all the pupils attending Disneyland in March 2025 on Wednesday 29th January 2025 at 18:30 in our Main Hall.
We will be going through the trip itinerary and important travel information.
Trip hoodies will be available to order on the evening – Price to be confirmed but usually these are £20-25, cash or cheque only on the night.
Until then there are two main tasks to be completed:
Passports – The school needs a copy of your child’s passport in order to complete travel manifests. Could parents or pupils please bring the passport into the school office to be copied as soon as possible or provide a digital copy of the identification page in the form of a photograph to Hall-RichR@hwbcymru.net – Please use Child’s name as the e-mail subject.
All passports need to have an expiry date at least 3 months after the date we plan to leave Paris on March 9th.
We also recommend all pupils have a UK Global Health Insurance Card (GHIC) – these can be applied for online and are free of charge.
Consent Forms – A link to a digital consent form has been sent to all parents/carers via ClassCharts. Please access this and complete the consent form as soon as possible. If you have not received this, please let the school know.
