We are delighted to celebrate 14 of our sixth form learners who have successfully completed Partneriaeth Buddy Reading Training, delivered by Emma Wright from Partneriaeth.
The training has equipped our learners with practical strategies, skills and understanding to support younger pupils with their reading through regular one-to-one sessions.
Having received their certificates, our newly trained Reading Buddies will now begin working with Year 7 learners, helping them to develop their reading skills, confidence and enjoyment of reading.
A fantastic example of our older learners using their skills and time to make a real difference to others in our school community.
