St. David’s Day Trip to Disneyland, Paris
5th – 8th March 2026
Dear Parent/Carer,
We will be running our annual trip for Year 7 (Year 8 as of September 2025) to Disneyland, Paris in March 2026 as part of the St. David’s Day celebrations.
The provisional itinerary is as follows:
Thursday 5th – Depart Penllergaer Services at 6:30am and travel by executive coach to Dover for DFDS ferry to Calais. We will stop for an evening meal in Val d’Europe (pupils will need to purchase an evening meal). Arrive at Hotel B&B approximately 7:00pm.
Friday 6th – Continental breakfast at the hotel then travel by coach into Disneyland Paris at approximately 9:30am where we will spend all day in Disneyland parks. Pupils will be issued with hopper tickets for the 2-day visit, (pupils will be allowed to wander around in groups). Pupils will receive a voucher for an evening meal. We will stay and watch the fireworks and drone show until approx. 9:30pm, then head back to the hotel by coach.
Saturday 7th – Continental breakfast at the hotel then we will pack up our belongings and check out of the hotel. We will load the coach and travel into the Disneyland parks at 10:00am. Pupils will receive a voucher for an evening meal. We will leave the park around 8:30pm and travel home overnight via Eurotunnel..
Sunday 8th We will arrive back at Penllergaer services approximately 9:30am (TBC)
The cost of the trip is £522 and includes insurance and all activities mentioned in the itinerary. Pupils will be expected to pay for their own lunch on Friday and Saturday in the park along with food purchased in the services en-route.
If your child would like to attend this trip, a non-refundable deposit of £150 will be required from:
TUESDAY 6th MAY – NO DEPOSITS WILL BE TAKEN BEFORE THEN
Payments are to be made through iPayimpact from 8:00am on Tuesday 6th May 2025.
Places will be allocated on a first come – first served basis and we do have a limited capacity of spaces. We plan to take 3 coaches and once these spaces are filled, we will not accept any other deposits. If you were unable to add your child’s name to IPayimpact, please contact school reception to add your child to the reserve list.
A payment plan will be set up on IPayimpact as follows:
- Tuesday 6th May – £150 deposit
- Thursday 31st July – £100
- Tuesday 30th September – £100
- Sunday 30th November – £172
Conduct/Behaviour – please note that if your child’s conduct in school falls below expectations leading up to the trip, we reserve the right to withdraw them and offer their place to another pupil on the reserve list. We also ask for parents/carers full support in ensuring that your child during the trip, will accept all rules, regulations and sanctions as detailed in the school rules.
