St. David’s Day Trip to Disneyland, Paris
6th – 9th March 2025
Dear Parent/Carer,
I am organising a trip for Year 7 and Year 8 (Year 8 and 9 as of September 2024) to Disneyland, Paris in March 2025 as part of the St. David’s Day celebrations.
The provisional itinerary is as follows:
Thursday 6th -depart Penllergaer Services (time tbc) and travel by executive coach to Dover for ferry to Calais.
Friday 7th – arrive at Disneyland Paris at approximately 10:00am where we will spend all day in Disneyland parks. Pupils have hopper tickets for the 2-day visit. (pupils will be allowed to wander around in groups).
Saturday 8th Disneyland parks all day (pupils will be allowed to wander around in groups).
Sunday 9th leave hotel after breakfast and head to Calais for return journey by ferry.
The cost of the trip is £485 and includes insurance and all activities mentioned in the itinerary. Pupils will be expected to pay for their own lunch on Saturday and Sunday.
If your child is interested, a non-refundable deposit of £150 will start to be taken from:
MONDAY 3RD JUNE – NO DEPOSITS WILL BE TAKEN BEFORE THEN
Payments will be accepted online through iPayimpact from 08.00 on Monday 3rd June 2024.

Places will be allocated on a first come – first served basis and we do have a limited capacity of spaces. We plan to take three coaches and once the spaces are filled, we will not accept any other deposits but will add names to a waiting list.
Conduct/Behaviour – please note that if your child conduct in school falls below expectations leading up to the trip, we reserve the right to withdraw them and offer their place to another pupil on the waiting list. We also ask for parents/carers full support in ensuring that your child during the school trip, will accept all rules, regulations and sanctions as detailed in the school rules.
