We will be holding a parent/carer information evening on Wednesday 24th January at 6.00pm in the Main Hall for all pupils attending the upcoming Disneyland Paris Trip (7th-10th March).

We will be discussing/informing parents/carers of many different things:

• Travel Itinerary
• Departure and arrival times/location
• Ferry crossing information
• Hotel Information
• Health and Safety
• Our time spent in the park
• Mealtimes
• Packing guidance
• And much more

Can parents/carers please ensure that all childrens passports are up to date to be able to travel in March. The passport will need to remain valid for the duration of the trip.

Can parents/carers also please bring their child’s passport with them to the information evening so that we are able to take a copy for passenger manifest purposes.

There will be an opportunity for parents/carers to purchase a Trip hoody on the evening for the price of £22. These can be purchased via cash or cheque (Made payable to Gowerton School). If paying with cash, it would be a great help to us if you arrive with the correct amount.

Consent forms will be distributed to pupils this week, please could you return to the school office as soon as possible. If forms are not returned by the parents evening there will be an opportunity to complete upon arrival at the meeting.
